Set a human approval point
I can mark where a person must review and approve an AI-assisted work step before anyone acts on its result.
Judgement and responsibility
What this means
Review the workflow, mark where a named person checks the result prepared with AI, and record what information that person needs but AI cannot see.
Why this matters
Naming the approver and approval point helps stop an error before it affects a customer, colleague, or decision. A general statement that a person is responsible does not say who checks the result or when.
How to recognize this skill
- 01Mark the point in the workflow where a named person approves or rejects the result.
- 02Name at least one thing AI cannot see at that point but the approver needs to know.
- 03Say who is affected by the decision and who is responsible for it.
This does not yet demonstrate the skill
- Saying that a person makes the final decisions without marking a review point.
- Requiring approval without naming who will give it.
