The terms under which AI Licenses may be used.
Draft — release checks pending
This draft describes the intended privacy policy for the account-enabled service. Before publication, verify provider agreements, processing regions and transfer safeguards, that PostHog discards raw IP addresses before storage, that provider backups and logs are retained for no more than 30 days, and that analytics data is retained for no more than 12 months. Also verify that expired content is no longer shown through the application at its retention cutoff and is physically scrubbed by a daily cleanup job; direct database access may still find the row until that job runs. These are targets, not confirmation of current settings. The legitimate-interest balancing assessment and process for handling objections will be documented before publication. Publish the notice only after release checks confirm that the practices are in place.
Service and account
AI Licenses provides learning material about using AI, saved learning, a forum and an AI coach. The service is provided by Sales Squad Oy (Business ID 3582864-1), Visamäki 5, 02130 Espoo, Finland. Contact: hello@ailicenses.ai.
Public material can be read without an account. An account lets you save progress and use the coach. The service is currently free, and creating an account does not create a payment obligation. The AI License is a learning program, not an authority-approved qualification or certificate.
Nature of the content and AI coach
Guides, practice activities and coach responses are general learning material, not healthcare, legal, financial or other personal professional advice. The AI coach is artificial intelligence, not a person. It may produce incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable responses. Check important information and consequential decisions against reliable original sources. Do not give the coach sensitive personal data, passwords, payment information or information about other people.
You may use the coach only if you are at least 18. Before use, we ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older; this does not verify age or identity.
Your responsibilities
Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms. Provide accurate account information when registering. Do not use the service unlawfully, bypass usage limits, compromise security or disrupt other users. Do not post forum information if you do not accept its handling under the privacy notice.
User content and limited licence
You retain your rights in forum content you write. By publishing it, you grant AI Licenses a royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use, store, technically process and display it only to operate, display, moderate and technically deliver the service. This covers service providers as needed for those purposes. It does not permit selling your content or using it for marketing.
You can edit or delete content using the service features or by asking for help at hello@ailicenses.ai. Deletion follows the structural exceptions and limited case-handling periods in the privacy notice. Other users’ replies and the structure of a discussion may remain.
Forum and moderation
Follow the forum rules and respect other participants. We may hide or remove content, lock a discussion or restrict participation because of a rule violation or service safety. We will explain the reason and duration of the action and provide a way to contact us. In an urgent situation, we may act first and explain the reason promptly afterwards. Service changes and availability
We develop the service and may change or discontinue features. We will notify you about changes affecting the service or contract as required by applicable law and provide a right to end the contract where required. We may suspend or restrict the service for security, maintenance or misuse. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Liability, consumer rights and disputes
These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited by law. Any remedies are determined under applicable law.
Finnish law applies to the contract, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. We will first try to resolve disagreements by contacting hello@ailicenses.ai. You can seek advice from consumer advisory services and bring a matter before the competent consumer disputes body or court under the applicable rules.
