About AI Licenses
How we create our guides, show editorial responsibility and sources, and how to contact the people who run the service.
AI Licenses is a practical learning service
AI Licenses helps you use AI in everyday life, your studies, and at work. Its full Finnish experience includes guides, ready-to-use prompts and interactive practice. The English preview currently offers three complete beginner lessons.
You can read guides, prompts, and practice activities without an account. An account is only needed for features that need to remember something about you, such as saved learning progress, review, the AI coach, and discussion.
Editorial responsibility and contact
Sales Squad Oy (Business ID 3582864-1), Visamäki 5, 02130 Espoo, is responsible for publishing and maintaining AI Licenses. The responsible party also receives questions about content, the service, and privacy at hello@ailicenses.ai.
If you notice an error, a missing source, or an unclear claim, share the guide’s address and as precise a suggested correction as possible. This helps us identify the right publication and check it against the original source.
Editorial process
Each guide moves from a clearly scoped topic through source research and a draft to fact-checking and publication preparation. Before publication, we pay particular attention to whether the title matches the content, whether its limitations are clear, and whether the guide directs readers to the original source when needed.
AI can help with outlining, drafting, and work steps, but it is neither a source nor the final quality checker. A person reviews the complete work before publication. When a change affects the accuracy of the content, we correct it, add to it, or take it out of use.
Sources and provenance
Content is based primarily on original sources, provider documentation, and other clearly named sources. Each guide shows its sources and, when available, its publication or review date.
A source list explains what a publication is based on, but it does not make the content unchanging. AI services, terms, and official guidance can change. Always check important information in the linked source too, and tell us if a source no longer supports a guide’s claim.
What the service does not promise
AI Licenses is learning material. It does not replace healthcare, legal, financial, or other personal professional advice. AI can produce incorrect information. Check important information against the original source before making major decisions. This also applies to the service’s own coach.
How the free service develops
We develop the service based on which content and learning steps help users. Optional usage analytics runs only with your consent. When you have an account, we process only the information needed for the feature you request.
We do not sell personal data or give advertisers access to coach messages or private forum moderation information. We measure our own marketing channels and develop the service within the limits set out in the privacy notice and terms.
