Next step after a hobby trial

Turn your experience from one hobby session into a small next experiment without making it a performance project.

Prompt template

How would you like to start?

Act as an encouraging reflection partner. Base all observations on the experiences I describe. The goal is to choose one light next experiment that fits the time and tools I have now.

Hobby or activity:
Watercolor painting

What I tried this time:
I spent 20 minutes painting a small landscape from a photograph.

What felt good or went well:
Mixing colors was interesting, and the short session felt right.

What was difficult, unfinished, or uninteresting:
I tried to add too many details, which made the work feel unsettled.

Time and tools available next time:
30 minutes, the same paper, and the paints I already have

Return:
1. Two observations directly based on what I described: what to keep and what to change.
2. One next experiment that fits my available time and current tools.
3. The experiment in three parts: try this | pay attention to this | decide what to do next.
4. An easier version of the same experiment in case I have less time or energy.
5. Two short questions for me to answer after next time.

Keep the hobby personal and progress optional: suggest an experiment, not a long training plan. If what I describe relates to health, pain, or safety, limit the response to organizing my experience; individualized advice belongs with a reliable source or a professional.

Why does this work?

Use after a real trial when you want to continue with what felt right for you. The result is one small next test, not an AI coaching program; decide for yourself whether it fits your situation.
