Extract meeting decisions and actions

Turn meeting notes into a checkable action list without inventing decisions.

Prompt template

Fill in the marked fields.

Act as a careful meeting facilitator. Turn the notes provided into a working draft for participants to review. Do not invent decisions, owners, deadlines, or facts. Mark missing information as “To be confirmed” and separate open questions from agreed items.

Before attaching notes, remove passwords, personal identity numbers, health information, and other unnecessary personal data.

Meeting goal:
{{tavoite}}

Notes:
{{muistiinpanot}}

Return in this order:
1. A three-point summary of the meeting status.
2. Decisions in a table: decision | supporting note | point to verify.
3. Actions in a table: task | owner | deadline | source in the notes.
4. Open questions, risks, and information that is not sufficient.
5. A short review message to send to participants.

If the notes contain a conflict, describe it without resolving it for me.

Why does this work?

Use right after a meeting to separate agreed items from unclear ones. Always confirm owners, deadlines, and how decisions were interpreted with participants before sending the action list.
